Michael Allen, Sr. HR Advisor

Michael is the Sr. Advisor of Pinnacle Employee Services. With over 17 years of  HR Management experience, his expertise ranges from developing HR departments from ground zero to developing HR policies, training and succession planning. Since 2005 Michael has trained and educated business owners on how to reduce their HR risks while improving company growth.With his love of HR and educating, Michael Allen decided to start HR Allen Consulting  Services (now Pinnacle Employee Services) to offer cost-effective HR and Payroll  Outsourcing services to small and  medium–sized businesses. Most small to med-sized  business owners feel that HR is an  inadequate function of the business. Though most  SMB’s might not need a full HR  Outsourcing program. However, they do need a sufficient HR presence in place. That is where Pinnacle Employee Services helps.

Michael understands that HR is over-looked as a department that contributes to the growth of the organization. Mr. Allen educates business owners and executives on the importance of human resources and how to use HR as a profitable department in the organization.

Michael graduated from University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business Management.

Jannene Litchfield, MBA, SPHR

Jannene has over 20 years of experience in human resources and management. She has worked as a human resources and management consultant since 2001. In addition to consulting, she also teaches human resources, training, leadership, and management classes for California State University, Sacramento and the University of Phoenix.

Prior to consulting, she was the  Vice President of Human Resources for Schools Financial Credit Union, Director of Human Resources for Verizon Wireless, and  Human Resources Manager for MCI Communications. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas  Tech University and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from National University.

In addition, she received her Senior  Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Jannene has been a member of the Sacramento Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA) since 1991, and has served on the Board of Directors, and has also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1993. In 2008 she was selected as a recipient of the prestigious Cambridge Who’s Who of Business Professionals.  

Ruth Bradley, CCP, CEP, SPHR

Her past experience has focused on integration of newly acquired businesses from a compensation perspective, executive compensation, sales compensation, market competitive job evaluation and pricing, compliance, and utilization of technology for compensation administration.  She has extensive experience in implementing and administering compensation programs on a global basis.  She worked most recently for Orbitz Worldwide as Director, Compensation. While at Orbitz Ruth was responsible for global compensation programs for over 1,400 employees in 22 countries.   Ruth has worked as a compensation professional for Travelport, Galileo International, Convergent Communications, Time Warner Cable, and The Scripps Research Institute. 

Ruth is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Equity Professional (CEP), and Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She has been a speaker for graduate programs at Loyola University in Chicago and at the 2009 Global Equity Organization annual conference in Paris.  She received her Bachelor's Degree from Montana State University.

Jackie Long, CCP, PHR

Jackie has been providing HR expertise for over 15 years. Her prior experience has been providing compensation strategies, performance management, benefits planning and management to a fortune 500 company. She specializes in legal compliance, audits, compensation strategies and corporate restructuring. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Professional Human Resources (PHR). Jackie earned her B.A. in Psychology from San Jose State University.

Lacey Jackson, SPHR

Lacey is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI. She received her B.S. in Business Education fromUniversityofIllinois. Lacey has a broad experience in all HR Management functions. She has experience working with private sector agencies including educational agencies. Lacey specializes in compensation and benefit strategies, policy development, and executive coaching.

Greg Parker, SPHR

Over twenty-five years of compensation, benefits, and human resources information systems management experience. His expertise is in general compensation plan design and administration, sales incentive compensation, stock options and executive compensation. Applying proven compensation principles and techniques in job analysis, description writing, range design, and position leveling,

Greg has established a series of first class compensation programs. Tasks that accompany maintaining a top notch program are: salary survey selection and participation, survey analysis, merit planning, budgeting, policy interpretation, and establishing competitive new hire start rates. Greg has also successfully managed the compensation function through several major mergers and acquisitions.

Dafna Gauthier, MS

Dafna has over 20 years experience in organizational development, Diversity and teaching management theories and practices in today’s organizations. She is also a subject matter expert in the area of diversity and inclusion regarding work-related issues, building relationships, train-the-trainer on facilitating workshops, creating vision and mission statements and change management. Dafna is a certified Executive Coach, Train-the-Trainer, True Colors Facilitator and author of “New Kid on the Block”.

Dafna has developed and designed over ten diversity training materials for the California Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) and the Arizona POST in the areas of diversity, prejudice, discrimination, cultural competencies, cultural awareness, hate crimes, profiling and stereotypes. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from California State Universityand her M.A. from University of Phoenix.

Mike Lowery, CCP

Mike has been providing compensation and benefit services for over 23 years. His prior experience has been conducting analysis compensation programs, sales incentives, bonuses and commissions. He has administered and developed company programs for Fortune 1000 companies. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Mike earned his B.S. in Management from Eastern Illinois University.

Matt Lackey

Matt is an experienced Employment Law, Labor Relations and Human Resources professional with vast Operations Management consultation experience. His experiences represent a professional profile of key functional and strategic contributions having worked within the private and public sectors partnering with both domestic and international existing and “start-up” organizations.

He has been responsible for effective management of Human Resources groups, successful maintenance and execution of management operations, administrative and strategic initiatives, providing comprehensive Human Resources and Management Consulting services, developing employment related processes essential to the creation and management of first rate Human Resources and Operations groups, which develop into, valued contributors and business partners for numerous organizations’ effectiveness and profitability. He is an expert on Affirmative Action and EEO compliance standards.

Matt has provided counsel specific to business resolutions and communications influencing both operations and human capital, developed competencies toward the management of employee and employer tasks, and provided executive teams information intended for proactively addressing employment law and employment law program trending in compliance with local country, federal and state regulations relevant to Title VII requirements.

While attending Penn St. Ray received his MBA in HR. Ray Great is one of our Sr. HR consultant known for his wit and wisdom.  His presentations on Labor Law compliance have generated desire for learning for over 15 years.
