September 30 Deadline Looms for EEO-1 Reports

Posted on Fri, Sep 28, 2012

Employers with 100 or more employees must file the Employer Information Report EEO-1 annually on September 30. The EEO-1 Report must be filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee.

The filing deadline for the 2012 EEO-1 Report is September 30, 2012, and has not been extended.

The preferred method for completing the EEO-1 reports is the EEOC’s Web-based filing system. Filing information may be found on the EEOC’s website.
